Eligible Employees
Work at least 3 days a week and have a 90-day tenure working/driving with RDSI.

Getting started with Next Mile is easy!
Visit NextMile.InStride.com and select Get Started to confirm your eligibility.
Select the learning option you’re interested in whthin the academic network.
Click Request Information or Enroll Now for the course, certificate or degree program you’ve chosen. If you Request Information for a degree program, you’ll be contacted by the school and they can help you through the application process.
After you Enroll, you’ll get access to the online platform to begin your course.
Your tuition will automatically be billed to RDSI, up to $5,250 per calendar year!
