Paid Time Off

TUITION PAYMENT PROGRAM—UPFRONT COVERAGE
RDSI will cover up to $5,250 of tuition costs annually for employees with 90-day tenure who work at least 3 days a week. This program offers flexible online coursework from a top-tier academic network!
You can also complete professional courses and certifications—or you can pursue your High School Diploma, Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or Graduate Degree. Learn more here!
Paid Safety Training
This additional training helps drivers make weekly safety metrics so they can earn their safety bonus. Drivers learn best practices to stay safe out on the road and while delivering packages.
Employee Referral Probram
Employees earn $300 for referring candidates who we hire and who stay on board for 60 days.
Medical, Dental, and Vision Health Benefits

Weekly Bonus Pay
Weekly bonus pay for individual drivers who meet their safety metrics—not dependent on team performance. We want drivers to earn their bonus and teach employees how to succeed.
Paid overtime
Overtime is paid at time and a half. Drivers can pick up additional shifts on our scheduling app when overtime is needed.
Schedule Flexibility
We have options to work 2 days, 3 days, or 4 or more days a week—making it easy for employees to take classes while working, coordinate childcare, and get appropriate time off during the week.
